Search1API privacy
How Search1API handles service data
This page is a readable summary of the Search1API Privacy Policy. The full policy, last updated July 28, 2026, is the controlling document and covers Search1API websites, dashboards, APIs, OAuth flows, command-line tools, Agent Skills, plugins, proxy products, and Model Context Protocol connectors operated by SuperAgents, LLC.
Information the service processes
Depending on how you use Search1API, the service may process account and contact information, authentication and billing records, API-key identifiers, OAuth grants, subscription and credit usage, search queries, URLs submitted for retrieval, request parameters, returned source content, timestamps, response status, latency, diagnostics, security events, IP address, browser or client information, and cookies needed for authentication, preferences, analytics, and service operation. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Search1API.
Why information is used and shared
Information is used to authenticate and authorize access, perform requested search and retrieval work, return source-backed results, meter credits, process subscriptions, prevent fraud or abuse, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot failures, provide support, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations. Search queries, submitted URLs, and related parameters may be sent to search, crawling, network, hosting, identity, analytics, email, support, or payment providers when their services are needed to fulfill the request. Search1API does not sell or rent personal information.
Your choices and security responsibilities
You can disconnect OAuth clients, revoke tokens, rotate or delete API keys, stop using a plugin, CLI, or MCP connector, and request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Search1API may verify identity and may retain records required for security, billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. Keep credentials confidential and do not place passwords, private keys, payment-card data, sensitive personal information, or content you are not authorized to process in prompts, search queries, submitted URLs, or tool arguments.
